Barrow Street Advisors was founded in 2010 with a clear conviction: sophisticated real estate investors deserve an advisory partner that combines the analytical rigor of a top investment bank with the dedicated attention of a boutique firm.
Our founders-veterans of leading global banks and institutional real estate platforms-set out to build something different. A firm that places relationships above transactions, where every client engagement is treated as a long-term partnership.
That approach has driven our growth from a New York startup to a firm that has arranged over $40B in financing across 500+ transactions. In 2025, we opened our London office, extending our platform to serve the UK and European markets with the same depth and commitment our US clients have come to expect.
